About Us
TLC Aged Care is a successful family group that has been caring for the elderly since 1991.
With nine beautiful facilities across Victoria, TLC Aged Care homes are the perfect combination of modern aged care with a touch of old fashioned ‘TLC’.
At the heart of TLC Aged Care are the core values of respect, hard work, compassion, patience and commitment.
As TLC Aged Care founder, Dr John Leaper says, “Families can have peace of mind knowing that TLC provides the best possible care in a safe and loving environment”.

Activities and Lifestyle
TLC Aged Care sees activities and lifestyle programs as a vital and integral part of residential care. These programs are also a key component in the success of our homes.
Our activities and lifestyle programs are interesting, entertaining and strive to meet the individual and collective needs of residents. And when family and friends visit, they are welcome to join in too!
TLC Aged Care employs qualified lifestyle therapists and activities staff dedicated to helping our residents enjoy life to the full. Staff always take into account the diverse range of needs of residents. To make sure lifestyle programs are tailored to individual needs, each resident has a lifestyle profile completed. This also takes into account the residents’ interests … past and present.

Stepping Outside…
Each TLC Aged Care home has its own bus. This means residents can go on outings to parks, zoos, RSL clubs, galleries, museums … and other interesting destinations.

Close to home…
Activities within the homes include cookery classes, board and mind games, visiting musicians, entertainers and performers and visits from community groups, schools and playgroups.
